Test to Learn Ruby

There are a limited number of seats available. To secure your spot please be sure to purchase your tickets via Eventbrite.

Code Crew is happy to announce an introductory session on testing using the programming language Ruby. Test-driven development is a practice that's widely practiced by professional developers but rarely covered by introductory guides.

This workshop will present automated testing as a way to better understand the problem being solved and how to solve it. The examples will be in Ruby, though the concepts are transferable to other languages and frameworks.

    Hi Everyone!
Though I have some programming experience I never coded in Ruby before. What program(s) will everyone use or recommend for this session?
