I've been programming since age 6. I'm good conceptually and can usually find a good way to approach problems, but I'm not always 100% up-to-date on the latest technologies. I'd put my intuition of architecture, software design, and coding against anybody, but I'm not especially good with front-end work. As I've worked with other developers, I've realized that I'm probably pretty far above average.
I work with startups because I find the work more interesting. I'm a geek with a passion for improving the world. I'm a big believer in singularity theory and I think video game technology will continue to become more important until then.
