"This coffee was a surprise to us this year. A good friend in San Jose had promised he would find me an outstanding coffee. I trusted him, but did not anticipate a coffee of this caliber coming our way so soon. Finca Cerro Paldo was the winner in the Cup of Excellence in 2007. We were able to buy this coffee out of auction this year and look forward to a long relationship with the producers."
