Chess, Espresso, and Sandwiches at the Wildflower Bread Company

The chess meetup usually lasts a couple of hours. If you have a good chess board, please bring it! A lot of people like to bring their chess clocks, too. If you don't have a chess board, you're still welcome to come (technically, only half of the people have to bring boards for everyone to be able to play).

It was a bit intimidating but I think the more I go the less nervous I will be.

It was so good to meet everyone, or most everyone in the group. I had fun playing again - more so than I have had in years. Great food, good atmosphere and good chess make for a wonderful afternoon. I am looking forward to next week!!

There are now 28 members but only 10 people can participate in a meet-up? Please explain this to me...

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
