Hi Keith -
I'd be happy to sit in on any "panel discussions" - as you know, I've realized that a key part of business plans should be the "Exit Strategy"..

Good morning everyone!

We had a great meeting last night on web development, the technology that drives it, and trials / errors and successes of those who are willing to brave the rapids.

My goals for the group is to go beyond the norm of small social get togethers, and so far we are achieving my objectives. Let's take it one step further...

I've already invested a few months (for others maybe already a few years) into the idea of my business. For those in the same boat of pre-launching, I like to set a contineous workshop with one group - 12-15 businesses max.

In our group, we will help one another develop a strategic plan for EACH of our businesses, together, focusing and fine tuning what it is that will yield the most return. Think of it as a fast pace course in business where we would truly help out each other. Let me make this clear...there are no partnership forming, there is no hidden agenda, and if you have one...this is not for you.

Please refrain from pitching your business or to recruit. We are starting a business - not looking for a business. Big difference.

Our group will make a great case study on collaborative thinking, as each person takes as much as he/she gives. We will be each other support we need to take it to the next leve, so in time, you will get to know the members on a deeper level.

If your serious about going full steam ahead, contact me. Once the members of group is selected. There will be no other members coming-in mid way - we start and finish with the same group members. A three month program will be implemented. Let me hear your thoughts and let's get our business underway.

Before you can join - there will be some requirements involved. Think of it as pre-qualifying for our program. If your NOT passionate about your business, then no one in the world can help you start it. It is all up to you. As someone mentioned last night. There must be a mastermind behind the plan. YOU. The business you create can only be driven by the top few that drives the dream. And I really mean DRIVE like a Nascar race driver. You need to be that aggressive because somewhere out there, there is someone ready to replace you.
That's cold reality.

Let me hear your thoughts.
