What sort of change would you like to see in the world?

I want to see a world where individuals are empowered to be visionary, trust their intuition, and embrace ways of achieving positive change for all, whilst breaking down barriers of conservatism, fear, and ego.

What are you doing to achieve it? Are you working with a particular organisation or group? Are there any projects you're working on that you'd like to share?

In my work I meet and interview (often on camera) people from a broad cross section of business and society, and take the opportunity to allow them to reflect on their personal motivations and desires for change. I aim to help them shed some light on their personal dreams for change, in order to inspire their leaders, their team members, or the broader community to see a more meaningful way forward for themselves and for others.

What are your favourite organisations, projects or campaigns that are making a positive impact in the world?

Every project I work on is collaborative, and everyone I work with is an agent for change. My definition of social change is perhaps a little broader than that of those within the "social enterprise" bubble. Society for me includes people within organisations. That is a lot of people. Everyone has room to grow, contribute more meaningfully, and create a better world for those around them and those yet to come. In the work I do, the society I represent are often people within corporations. I feel fortunate to be able to work in a freelance capacity but within the collaborative communities of Hub Melbourne and my own colab teams. I not only have the opportunity, but the responsibility to provide the business communities of our society to find more meaning in their work lives. For me then, the social enterprise bubble just got bigger. I'm looking forward to collaborating with more change agents, whomever they may be.
