Are there any entrepreneurs interested in experimenting with these concepts? They have been proven in the past for increasing community cooperation and creating meaningful work for the unemployed. I would love to develop a modern formula from those examples, have the skills to design, coordinate, develop and maintain tech requirements but would need person(s) with enterprise and community building skills to collaborate with.
