I want to proceed with CCL By-Laws, rules, etc. I am happy to place on the agenda other topics that you would like to discuss, just please inform me (my e-mail is in signature block).

I have placed some Sample Bylaws on the Meetup site for all to review. Remember, these are only suggestions. But, keep in mind, these are already State-approved Bylaws. At this Monday’s meeting, I want to open up discussion and begin the process to adopt the Bylaws. Once process has started, then, the Group will have until the next official meeting (at least 30-days) to peruse, comment, and make suggestions. At the 2nd meeting, the floor will be open to Voting Members to nominate, amend, and ratify the Bylaws.

So, please, expect some discussion and debate for the meeting on Monday. It is fine to have some social aspects, but, primary goal is that of CCL business and issues.

Are there any recommendations for venue? If there are, please send to me tonight. I will announce venue by tomorrow evening. Start time will be 7pm Monday (sorry about the 24 viewers).
