(From John Spivey, Chair Tarrant County)
Hey Jim,
Dallas LP has committed to getting a table (for Dallas LP) and we could have another booth, but at $400, with fewer Tarrant County people expected (since it's up near you guys)... it's a little pricey for us. Although we're going to bite the bullet and get it, it would be easier if we put our two organizations together - even though yours is kind of 'new'.
I think we can get together $200-ish dollars for this. Do you think you could dredge up $200 and we could get together on this? If we put all of our booths together and made it more of a "North Texas Libertarian Party", I think that would look pretty impressive.
So, for your first big challenge, think you can wrangle up a couple of hundred dollars, several volunteers and would you be willing to share some space with us? We'll supply table, some signage, World's Shortest Political Quiz set up and have some info to give away. This is closer in your patch, so it should be fairly 'easy pickins' for Collin County LP.
You up for this?
If anyone would like to volunteer, please contact me directly: [masked].
Thank you,
Jim Prindle
