Sounds perfect for me.
When we travel distances we sometimes arrange carpools. Are you comfortable with contributing money for gas or park entrance fees to a driver?
Yes. I'll always have a RMNP pass.
If you repeatedly sign up for events and don't show up, you may be removed from the group. Please be courteous to others, and unlist yourself as soon as possible if you have signed up and cannot attend. Is this acceptable?
Yes, and agree.
All outdoor activities involve risk. You must be responsible for yourself and your well-being on any hike. You must also bring adequate clothing, water and food for the hike and accept the risks of hiking in the wilderness. Do you agree with this?
I'm an avid hiker, retired early and live in Fort Collins. Enjoy class-3 scrambles.

We try to maintain a decent yet enjoyable pace to accommodate photo stops, rest breaks, and "holy cow" views. We are not trying to race to the top, or get there by a certain time. We are hiking Colorado to enjoy the journey.
Our hikes may range anywhere from from 4 to 14 miles in length and elevation gains from 300 to 3000 feet. We visit gorgeous mountain lakes, high peaks and craggy foothills. Snowshoe trips bring us to places you never thought possible in the winter.
Contribute ideas. Join the fun!
