This group was created for Moms who are new to the area, new to parenthood or are looking for events to meet new people and have activities for our kids during the week (and occasionally on the weekend), as well as Mom's Only Dinners/Events once a month. We are asking that the group stay with children between the ages of newborn-5 years old so that the children are all relatively close in age and have more in common. We plan meet-ups at the zoo, parks, houses, etc. at least once a week.
Any member can plan activities and help make this a great group! Requesting membership to this group means that you agree to:
1. Attend one event at least once a month (first event must be within 60 days of joining).
2. Host an event at least once a year.
3. Pay a yearly membership fee of $5 (within 60 days of joining) which helps offset costs the Organizer pays to the Meetup website.
If you feel you cannot meet these requirements, please do not join our group. We want members to participate and enjoy the benefits of meeting new people and having fun activities for our children.
