We're shaking it up a bit and having our monthly potluck on Sunday in order to accommodate some folk's schedules.
What I thought we could try is for folks that want to make two dishes- one for the potluck and one for folks to take servings to have for meals for the rest of the week. You can bring an extra dish with 6 servings and then you get to take 6 servings. Bring 6 containers or something you can package up and eat for a later time. If you don't want to participate in it no worries- just bring a dish for the potluck.
Let's get together with others in the veg community to share some great food and meet new friends.
You DO NOT have to be vegan or even vegetarian to attend, but we bet you will want to be after you eat all the fabulous food that is out there (and meet the greatest folks as well).
Please bring a plant based dish (no animal products, including honey) to feed 8, with recipe card and ingredients and your own table setting and serving utensils for your dish (to cut down on waste). Feel free to call or email if you have any questions or need directions, recipes etc.
I thought we would have a "themed" potluck and do "finger food" appetizer kinda dishes. Or just bring what you want.;-) If you need ideas on what you can prepare or just pick up at a market, please call and I can make suggestions.
