on the chalkboard @ atlas purveyors :)
from an early age, i remember thinking that eating a burger was not just food but also a dead cow. this devastated me, and so began my veg journey. when i started following a vegetarian lifestyle, there was no other reason than compassion and sadness for the mistreatment of animals. that is still my guiding principle, but as i have grown older and been able to get more information, i developed into a vegan and began to recognize the severe environmental impacts of eating and using animal products, the human rights issues -- including hunger -- and also realized that it was okay to embrace the fact that eating veg is also a physically healthy choice for my body.

hi all! i'm a pretty recent boulder transplant, here for grad school studying somatic psychology @ naropa. i just bought my first juicer (yay!) so i'm busy creating new liquid green goodness. i'm excited to connect with other veggies in boulder! :)
