I love animals and I enjoy eating a plant based diet.
Cooking together, sharing recipes, going to cultural events, dancing, biking, being a community.
I need lots more easy veg recipes, and to learn how to cook things like tofu, and other meat substitutes.
At this point in my life, living a healthy lifestyle has become extremely important to me. I dance Nia 3-5 days a week and love it! I eat mostly vegetarian, but I get stuck in the salad rut. I need suggestions on making simple, nutritious, veg meals.
