An acquaintance of mine (we met through our cohousing group), Ryan, is an adjunct teacher at a local community college. He is looking for very inexpensive rental housing preferably in Boulder (shared, on his budget), beginning in March. The place he was living is being sold due to the death of the owner. Ryan did not give me a price range, but I am sure it is closer to $300/month than $500, if that helps. If anyone knows of anything (I know the price range is tough), I would appreciate your letting me know, and I can get you in touch with Ryan. Please respond to [address removed].
