ok thsnks, i never heard of fresh and lean , do you mean like in California? I checked out organilicious and think I do not want the size portions of the same thing all in one week. So I will check waxwind right now. I will check out waxwing. I was thinking of a mom or student who is cooking anyway , who lives near me ( so happens) and it would help them. I was helped this way and helped others this way in the way past. thanks again for your suggestions.
I replied to all, so I was hoping for it to go to the whole list.

Me and my partner have a seasonal business that keeps us busy the next few months. We end up eating quick meals out and spending to much money. the fresh food goes bad in the fridge , sad. We are wondering if there are any people who would consider making more when they cook and we can pick the meals up. We need vegan healthy but does not need to be fancy. YOu do not need consider your self a cook. Do you already cook for your family and cooking for two more wouldn't make  that much difference? We could work it out with more then one person so we may only come to you one or two days a week. Looking forward to hearing from you. We are in the north boulder area.
thanks Catherine

Hi Everyone. I'm attending the International Academy of Natural Cooking (http://www.naturalcookery.com/) here in Boulder and doing both the Professional Chef and Personal Chef programs. As part of the Personal Chef program, we are assigned "clients" to interview and cook for (at least twice) so we can practice and learn. Typically the school finds people for us to cook for that might be interested in hiring one of us as a personal chef once we're done with the program but they also open it up to people who'd just like to try it out. I asked if they'd mind if I emailed this group to see if there is anyone in the Boulder area that might be interested in this opportunity and they thought it was a good idea.

All that would be required of you is to buy the food, be available on May 1st for an interview (with your assigned personal chef)) and to be available the first three weeks in May. I don't know all of the logistics of how the personal chef thing works (we're still in the middle of the professional program) but I believe we'd meet for the interview on May 1st to discuss what types of foods you'd want, what you like, what you don't like, any allergies or diet restrictions, etc. Then once a week for two weeks (I think), a personal chef would come to your house and cook for you about a week's worth of food complete with reheating instructions. The groceries could either be purchased by you or by the chef (using a budget you supply and create). After the two sessions are up you are under no further obligation. Again, the main reason for us reaching out to this group is to find some vegans who'd love to have the experience of some free vegan cooking and who'd like to help out a future vegan chef get his/her career started.

I believe there is only one spot open (maybe two) so contact me ASAP if you're interested and/or if you have any questions at: [address removed]

Thanks!

Michael
