Reboot Colorado - 2012 Spring Juice Fasting Challenge

WHERE:  Highlands United Methodist Church, in the big room downstairs.

3131 Osceola St, DenverCO (map)

NOTE:  We are not affiliated with any religious organization or Church.

DETAILS:  Join me, Dr. Connie Sanchez, ND, in the 2012 Spring Reboot Colorado Juice Fast Challenge.

Spring is such a great time to cleanse the body and to begin anew.  I will be kickstarting this program by showing Joe Cross's Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead video.  You can choose to juice for 3- days, 5 days, 7 days or longer -- I'll show you how to get going on your health promoting journey along with juicing demos and provide you with lots of delicious juicing recipes and tips for your success.

Note: You will need a juicer, or a juicing service where you can pick up juices, to participate. You do not have to have a juicer in order to attend.  The movie is worth watching.

Note:  There have been some questions as to if this is a pot-luck or not - Ann and I will provide appetizers/snacks; however, if you would like - please feel free to bring a vegan dish to share with others; but, please don't feel like you have to bring food to attend.  We want you there!

Happy Spring!
