Actually, i totally disagree.;-) If we only ate at vegan places we wouldn't have any place to go eat for the most part, but more importantly  it would also limit the demand for vegan options in non vegan eateries and that would be a BIG lose for the animals.

Along this thread I have some very sad and disappointing news about Tiffins, the South Indian restaurant we had a meetup at not too long ago; they have decided to add animal flesh to their menu. If you are disappointed in this decision it might be a good thing to let them know that this is NOT the way to increase their business and perhaps adding some ambiance, improving on their confusing menu and a handful of other easier options to try out before selling out the animals (or more accurately, selling the animals)  for their struggling business.

Conclusion - don't eat out anywhere but vegan only places. They all fry there food in same oil as meat and cheese. Use same gross meat counters, pans etc... And most lie anyway. Enough talk about this.

Conclusion:-)
I went to Harpo's last night. The waitress was very friendly, and I had great sweet potato fries and guacamole with chips. I'm not sure why, when I called, they wouldn't offer that information. The person who answered the phone went to talk to the chefs/cooks to ask whether anything, like fries, were vegan. They just told her that they didn't have anything vegan at all at Harpo's.

Again, I'm not sure why, but my phone call to Boulder Cafe had the same results. I never ended up going to Boulder Cafe, but I was pleasantly surprised that Harpo's could accommodate. And, since I didn't get sick, I'm comfortable saying that it was fully vegan. (My body is very sensitive.)

Why anyone would just say that nothing is vegan when they do have some vegan food? I don't understand... but then, I'm not sure why many people don't signal when driving. (Except for lack of awareness or consideration. )

Have a great day, everyone!
