Someone asked me to post the following for some reason:
fried foods, vegan or otherwise, change the molecular structure of the foods and kills most of the food value anyway.
-If the idea of being a vegan is to be healthier, fried foods is probably not the best idea.
I guess being a vegan does not necessarily translate to "healthy" eating, if you think about much comfort and junk food is vegan...
