This is literally one of the easiest things you can ever make. It has the added perk of being a transition food for newbies.
The textured vegetable protein replaces ground beef as meat in a delicious spaghetti sauce.
One added perk: you can easily fool a carnivore with it. I admit I rather enjoy feeding something to a carnivore who says they are repulsed by the very idea of vegan food, and then telling them they've just ate and enjoyed vegan food>
Face it, it can be very funny:)
