Expecting The Most Out Of Life: Informal Spiritual Discussion

  • May 18, 2014 · 2:30 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

"Wherever you go, expect the most from life, and be willing to pay the price.  When you can do this, you will have become the spiritual survivor who will survive under any conditions; and when you have finished your experiences on earth, you will have gained an incredible degree of strength and courage.  You will be prepared to face the worlds to come with confidence, knowing you are protected by the hand of the Holy Spirit."

 - Harold Klemp, The Golden Heart.

We'll start our meeting with a short talk entitled: "If You Came Here To Fly," by Harold Klemp.

Following the talk, we'll discuss questions such as:

• How do we move forward with confidence, not worrying about what might happen?

• How do we take responsibility for our own spiritual life?

• How do we get the most out of life?

• What does it mean to be protected by the Holy Spirit?

• What is a spiritual survivor, and how do we become one?

• What's hidden within our challenges?

• What are spiritual laws and how do they come into play?

"If you ask God to show you truth, but you haven't used your talents today, then you can't expect to find the greater talents and the greater truth tomorrow."

- Harold Klemp, The Golden Heart.

It was exceptionally insightful in exploring the spiritual aspects of the rigors and lessons of everyday life. We discussed how all of our activities are potential spiritual lessons. The attitude of looking at life in this way helps us in our spiritual growth.
