Meet others in the Columbus area and surrounding counties who want to become more educated on the nutritional benefits of eating whole foods including how to prepare and preserve them. This includes locally and naturally grown, organic meat, vegetables and dairy and where to find this food.

We are members of The Weston A. Price Foundation http://westonaprice.org, leading food/nutrition educators and activists in the U.S.

Once a member, you can benefit from our discussion group at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/OhioWAPF/ You can usually get answers to questions, or offer comments.

We teach food nutrition that is quite different than what you hear from the medical profession, food industry and the media. See our ‘About’ page to read about the nutritional philosophy that guides these meetings.

This site in NOT just about going attending Meetup events. It is central place for communicating with other people interested in eating in a traditional way and learning from each other. Once the group gets going, members can discuss topics using the 'Mailing List' and post messages on the 'Message Board'.

If you are interested in joining, please introduce yourself with regards to your interest in whole food and nutrition. We reserve the right to not approve or remove individuals joining for the main purpose of promoting products or services that are not appropriate to the aims of this group.

NOTE: 20-60 people usually attend the events.
