Who we are: We are certified personal trainers affiliated with Powell Fitness [http://www.columbusohiogym.com] & [http://www.privatepersonaltrainer.net], located at 3605 W. Powell Rd., in Powell, OH 43065. Powell Fitness is located near the intersection of Sawmill road and Powell road in North West Columbus Ohio, and we conduct semi-private fitness classes in our training location that is only a few miles from the following neighborhoods: Powell, Shawnee Hills, Dublin, and Worthington Ohio. Our semi-private personal training facility allows you to train one-on-one with certified personal fitness trainers in a private or semi-private setting.

Our Meetup: We conduct a once-monthly meet-up currently at the Dublin Community Recreation Center (Room: Talla 3, located on the ground floor) that is FREE and open to ANYONE who is interested in their personal health and who wants to discuss Physical Training, Personal fitness training, Competitive Power Lifting, Sports Specific Training, Weight loss, Nutrition, Youth fitness training, Bodybuilding & Power lifting, and Cardio-Kickboxing. Check our calender; soon we will have meetings at the Powell Fitness location.

We offer one free consultation & one free half hour private training session as an introduction to those interested in training at our facility.

Additionally, we offer FREE body fat testing at each of our meetings using a hand held impedance electronic body composition measuring device.

A certified fitness instructor will attend to answer your questions. Members of our group will additionally receive 1 free consultation session and 1 free half-hour private personal training session at our facility.
