On October 12, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. the Masonic Philosophical Society will be hosting a study group at the Centerville Library. Each month a different topic, ranging from philosophy and science to religion and metaphysics, is discussed and debated.
October's topic will be conducted by Brother Matias Cumsille on Freemasonry and Love. After a short lecture a discussion and debate by the group will follow.
What is Love? Is it a feeling or an idea? Does it exist independent of the Human experience or does it exist only in our minds? What did other cultures and philosophies have to say about the subject? Be prepare to dive into the meaning of Love and how it relates to Freemasonry.
Join us for this month's study group as we examine ourselves under our own microscope.
This group for men and women, which is open to the public, is where non-members can learn more about Freemasonry, as well as meet local Freemasons.
