22 Jump Street

  • This location is shown only to members

I found the first one to be quite funny and from the trailer this one looks just as good. Will look forward to seeing you there. The movie starts at 18:20 but I should be there from around 18:05.

Meetup Location: I will be waiting at the main entrance to the cinema (inside Trocadero) in front of the automated ticket machines. I will also be holding up a Meetup sign. I will wait until the movie start time before going inside.

Booking Link:

Optional Donation: If you would like to donate £1 to the running costs of the group please feel free to give me the money at this meetup, thank you.

Film Description:

Synopsis: Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill return as undercover buddy cops in this riotous sequel to the hit comedy, 21 Jump Street. Much to the disappointment of sneery Deputy Chief Hardy (Nick Offerman), officers Jenko (Channing Tatum) and Schmidt (Jonah Hill) are back on undercover duty. This time they're assigned to investigate a college drugs ring. All the original team are reunited by returning directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who had a huge hit with 'The LEGO Movie'.

Starring: Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum

Running Time:

Genre: Action, Comdey, Drama

For those of you who have an Unlimited Card you do not have to pay anything extra unless the movie is 3D. If the movie is in 3D there will be an extra charge of £1.50 unless you have the "black" Unlimited Premium Card. Also please remember to bring your own 3D glasses if you have them otherwise you will be charged for a new pair.

If the location of the Meetup is Shaftesbury Avenue or the Haymarket you must have the Unlimited Card that includes London West End cinemas. If you only have the Non-West End Unlimited Card you can see a West End performance for only £2 but you MUST buy your ticket at the cinema.

If you do not currently have a Unlimited Card you can also book your ticket(s) online to receive a 10% discount off regular ticket prices.

Lastly you can now benefit from Bargain Tuesday at all Cineworld Cinemas. I have outlined the price below for our regular cinemas below.

Shaftesbury Avenue = £6.75 online / £7.50 at ticket office

Haymarket = £6.75 online / £7.50 at ticket office

The O2 = £6.30 online / £7.00 at ticket office

The cinema is still open. Please use the entrance at the back near the Rainforest Café. It is also opposite the Mac Donalds. Thanks

I also saw it on Sunday (with another London movies meetup group). It's funnier than the first film, and make sure to hang around for the epilogue bits and pieces once the credits at the end start to roll - they are possibly the most hilarious part of the whole thing!

Saw this today. One of the funniest films I've ever seen and it's even better than the first one.
