Sonoma County Connections Forum for Women in Business Pages

We are a group of energetic, powerful, fun loving, and diverse professional women who come together to celebrate our professional achievements and to mentor and learn from one another.

We welcome visitors to join us at meetings or special events and discover the unique essence of Connections that inspires women in business from the heart, the mind, and a helping hand.

Our organization offers three core areas where women join together for mutual success.

Community Service: An integral part of success is being involved and expanding your network. Connections raises funds to help support higher education re-entry grants for women attending Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University. We also encourage members to establish community affiliations and to volunteer within this organization.

Networking: We share ideas, meals, referral sources, and resources. We network by regularly attending meetings, socializing, establishing relationships in and out of meetings, sharing about our business endeavors and community affiliations, and acknowledging other member services and referrals during portions of our fun filled, structured, and unique meetings.

Education: Member meetings are rich with education, inspiration, motivation, and fellowship. Our speakers are specially selected to serve our ever evolving needs. We promote keys for success such as clarity, credibility, and visibility. Members often have an opportunity to practice their newly learned skills during our regular meetings.

Connections is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide a safe, accepting forum for women in business. Political campaigns or endorsements will not be participated in.

The primary objectives include:

To promote opportunities to share leads, referral and activities
To provide networking groups for business women
To sponsor educational events for both women in business & young women in schools
To compile a roster of local women in business in the form of a directory
To publish a newsletter announce upcoming events of interest
To sponsor dinner and breakfast meetings
To sponsor community service for women in need
