Mysticism and Science (theosophy)

  • Dec 5, 2012 · 7:30 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Our first class was cordial and meaningful.  PLEASE READ THE CLASS NOTES TO REVIEW WHAT WE COVERED.  SEE "more" and "files" on the website or go to :

This is the second  class for  serious seekers after wisdom:  If you did not come to the first class, you should have some background in Theosophy to attend this next class.

We will continue our study of  the ancient Indian text

known as the Bhagavad Gita and H.P. Blavatsky's The Key to

Theosophy.  We will also refer to scientific works on paranormal

phenomena, such as The Intention Experiment and The Divine Matrix.

One need not bring any books;  extracts will be provided.

Topics include Karma and Reincarnation; Universal Cycles; Quantum

Mechanics and the Occult Side of Nature; The Power of Intention;   Energy Healing, etc.  Each class includes a 7-minute period of meditation

Please arrive between 7:15 and 7:30.  Doors are locked shortly after starting time so that all students have the complete experience and we do not repeat.  As part of YOUR SELF-INTRODUCTION, please share for one minute a new aspect of ONE of these questions:  what is most meaningful in your life?  What memories  or lessons will you cherish most as you look back over your life at the moment of death?   What did you miss out on?
