Bring e al the tithes into the storehouse that there may be meat in Mine house and prove Me now hereiwth, saith the Lord of hosts, if I wil not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing thatthere shall not be room enough to receive it.    And I will rebuke the devourer for our sake, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground:  neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts,.  And all nations shall call you blessed:  for e shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts.

The virtues of men are of more consequence to society than their abilities; and for this reason, the heart should be cultivated with more assiduity than the head." --Noah Webster, On the Education of Youth in America, 1788

Clinton also unveiled the $60-million fifth round of funding for "COPS in School," a Justice Department program that helps pay the costs of placing police officers in schools to help make them safer for students and teachers. The money will be used to provide 452 officers in schools in more than 220 communities.

"Already, it has placed 2,200 officers in more than 1,000 communities across our nation, where they are heightening school safety as well as coaching sports and acting as mentors and mediators for kids in need," Clinton said.
