Next Wednesday evening I will be facilitating a family constellation at my home.

You are invited to come (no experience necessary), and encouraged to represent. Friends are welcome.

Space is limited, so please RSVP only if you can really be there. There is no charge.

Thank you,

- Amy

If you haven't been to a constellation before, you may not have seen anything quite like it before. Here's a little bit about what to expect:
Family constellations are a kind of group work than can help a person shift issues in their life that are especially painful and hard to make better. The goal is to get love and life flowing properly again, instead of being entangled in the difficult fates of our ancestors and causing more pain to the individuals in the family.

Some of the people who attend are asked or to represent family members (the others hold the space in the circle). Representing is a really moving experience and you don't need to have any experience to do it. It just comes automatically; there's no "acting". The facilitator guides the whole process, which can be extremely emotional at times, sometimes baffling and a little boring. And it doesn't just help the person whose family it is, representing or just being there often helps your own stuck stuff to shift as well.

Please come wearing clothes that allow you to bend and stretch and lie down if necessary. Bring whatever you need to sit comfortably for a couple hours.

Your presence is sincerely appreciated. Thank you.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
