This FREE bootcamp workout is held three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 am and 6:00 pm.
We will be testing your health and fitness so we can track your results.
The workout will last an hour. For best results, come as often as you can. We will start on time and you don’t want to miss the warm up.
