Introduction

I just bought my first solar cooker and would love to learn to cook with others. Sounds like fun! I like to cook and am stepwise weaning myself from the various grids. I live in Escondido and am an environmental engineer.

Welcome! I apologize for the late reply. Your questions are right on the point and I would love to engage you in a meaningful conversation on those points. I've sent out an email earlier today regarding our upcoming meeting, I would love for you to join us. Briefly however, Biologic farming was really developed for mega-scale farming and I realized that it's infinitely scalable so I started this group for urban folks. Thank you for joining our group!

But there are earlier and later events also. Mostly what we do at these is set up solar cookers (you may also bring your own) and demonstrate solar cooking to passersby. It is a great opportunity to learn some of the tech
