Look at those hungry little mouths. They certainly weren't thinking about breakfast when they were stuffing their faces yesterday. And yet, now, they're hungry again. You don't even want to think about what's leftover. May as well just go out to breakfast. Nuh uh!
JD Fratzke, acclaimed Executive Chef of The Strip Club in St. Paul will thrill and amaze as he whips up an amazing brunch out of our leftovers (as well as his leftovers from the restaurant) and teaches us how to do the same. (Be ready with questions and to roll up your sleeves and help cook!)
So, load up your leftover roasts with mashed potatoes, the leek you forgot to put in the soup, extra eggs that are just hanging out or the beans that have been staring at you from the pantry and see what they can become.
