Spring is here! Time to think about drinking luscious white wines! In honor of spring, and the region's best whites, Salty's on the Columbia is excited to welcome over a dozen Oregon wineries to this year's Panoramic Pinot Celebration!
Salty's Executive Sous Chef Sean Kearney has created a buffet menu of sensational and delicious appetizers including such items as Dungeness Crab, Smoked Trout, Cheese, and more, all of which pair perfectly with Oregon Pinot Gris selections. Guests can sip a variety of Oregon produced Pinot Gris while chatting with the winery's winemaker ore representative about the passion, process and perfection that goes into creating each collection, and at the same time enjoy seafood, local backyard ingredients and the magnificent view of the might Columbia River.
Guests can also purchase bottles of Pinot Gris to take home for a one night only discounted price.
The event cost is $29.00 per person, plus gratuity. This is a HIGHLY popular event and you must call Salty's at[masked] to reserve your space~.
Some of the wineries represented will be King Estate, Dobbes, Erath, Del Rio, Montinore, Henry Estate, Chehalem, A to Z, Elk Cove, Oak Knoll, Duck Pond and Solena........Menu items include, but not limited to Ceviche, Lobster Fondue, Lamb Meatballs, Smoked Oyster Crostini, Ginger Glazed Steelhead with Coconut Curry Rice, and Caramel Almond Sesame Sticks~~ YUM!!
