Portland Chef Rick Gencarelli (owner of the MUCH LOVED Lardo, and alum of such notable restaurants as Todd English's OLIVES in NYC, RUBICON and ONE MARKET in San Francisco, and more....), is hosting a dinner and hands-on pasta making class in his soon to be opened GRASSA restaurant in downtown Portland.
Join us and a small select group as we get a first-hand experience of Grassa's simple, delicious concept. We'll be making fresh pasta that we will eat as part of our dinner, and we will be taking home with us. We will also be taking home some sauce and other great goodies~!!.....AND we will be among the first ever in the restaurant----something to be remembered for years to come.
Chef Rick, along with Chef Ian Hutchings (formally of LUC in Corvallis), will not only be helping us prepare our meal, they will also be sitting down and enjoying the family style meal with us...(you don't have to make anything if you don't want to....just come and enjoy if you prefer~).
Your ticket will include multiple courses---salads and pastas, beverages---which will be completely awesome---from a welcome cocktail to seven special wines ON TAP, to the special Grassa/Lardo beer brewed up by the masters at Breakside Brewery!
