Please join us for an early morning track workout. This is for runners of all levels and the goal is to improve on your own personal speed. We start our warm-up at 5:00 and try to be done with our cool-down by 6:00. Please bring a watch if you have one. We hope to see you there!
Workout: 8x400 with a trip up/down the bleachers between each set (44 risers), followed by a 30 second break before beginning the next set. The track workout will be 2 miles, 352 stairs, plus whatever we get in with our warm-up and cool-down.
