I'm also not sure why everyone's making it seem like sending the dog to the Humane Society would be such a terrible thing. I foster dogs for the Seattle Humane Society, which is a no-kill shelter, and I know they take great care of their animals. I would die of joy if someone wants to take it to the Seattle Humane Society (in Bellevue) and I get to foster it.
