Stroller Strides is a stroller fitness class where mom can workout with her baby. It's a great way to get in shape, be with your child and meet other moms! The classes consist of a power walk or run combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing, your stroller and the beautiful outdoors. The classes are designed to accomodate all fitness levels.

We also offer weekly playgroups at each location and monthly Moms Nights Out!

Classes are ongoing and your first week is always FREE!

While we have meetups scheduled, we ALWAYS have classes Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Please go to our website for the daily schedule.

We have expanded and now offer classes in 6 different locations throughout the Corona and Norco area!
