Initial backlog creation & presentation on 1 thing to do to improve performance

Let's agree how the group will work, the format and build an initial backlog of items that people would like to be discussed and items that people would like to present, once we have got something down we can start out first discussion.

Tom will do a presentation and discussion on "the one thing that you can do that will improve the efficiency of your organisation, project, team and the individual"

Apologies, I too must cancel as I have come down with the flu. For the backlog I would like to suggest discussing managing regular sprint interruptions such as support.

We now have our venue, The Phantom Coach on the A45. We have use of the large back room that contains two HDMI TV's which we can use for projection from laptops. We should also have exclusive use of the room and can move furniture around etc so it should be ideal for our needs and it can easily accommodate 40 people.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
