Dear fellow New York State Constitutionalist,

Recent polling data confirms that Americans are crying out for a "3rd Party," NOW, more than ever before. However, the only "3rd Party" serious about restoring Constitutional principles to governmental policy-making is the Constitution Party. If you support limited government; protection of individual rights; implementation of pro-American policies in vital areas such as immigration control, border security and trade policies (jobs for Americans); recognition of the principles of national and state sovereignty; an end to global US military obligations, and a return to the general foreign policy principles of George Washington and the Monroe Doctrine; as well as the preservation of traditional American values such as the sanctity of life - only the Constitution Party represents you.

The Democrats and Republicans have abandoned you, and other so-called "3rd Parties" represent extreme ideologies or are pawns of special interests. If you haven't visited the Constitution Party national website lately, please feel free to visit it at: www.constitutionparty.com.

The good news is that the Constitution Party is gearing up to put its 2012 Presidential ticket on ballot in New York State in 2012! The fact is that the Constitution Party Presidential ticket must be on the ballot in New York in 2012 in order to provide a truly credible national political alternative for the American people.

Will you help me organize the Constitution Party of New York? A strong Constitution Party in a state as important as New York means greater recognition by the media, and which will help build the Constitution Party all across our country. Your help is urgently needed.

Seven Principles of the Constitution Party are:

1. Life: For all human beings, from conception to natural death;
2. Liberty: Freedom of conscience and actions for the self-governed individual;
3. Family: One husband and one wife with their children as divinely instituted;
4. Property: Each individual's right to own and steward personal property without government burden;
5. Constitution: and Bill of Rights interpreted according to the actual intent of the Founding Fathers;
6. States' Rights: Everything not specifically delegated by the Constitution to the federal government, nor prohibited by the Constitution to the states, is reserved to the states or to the people;
7. American Sovereignty: American government committed to the protection of the borders, trade, and common defense of Americans, and not entangled in foreign alliances.

Our immediate goals are:

1) Increase our outreach by improving our communications program, with our two most immediate requirements being upgrading our website and creating a Face Book page;

2) Greatly increase our Constitution Party membership across the entire state of New York;

3) Prepare to send a representative delegation from New York to participate in the 2012 Constitution Party National Convention set for April 18-21 in Nashville, Tennessee;

4) Begin preparations for the ballot access petition drive in July and August which will be necessary to place the Constitution Party nominees for President and Vice-President on the ballot in New York; and

5) Prepare for a State Convention to be held in the Summer at which time state officers will be elected for a full term, existing bylaws will be reviewed, revised if necessary and approved, preparations for ballot access will be continued, and the foundation for future organizational development and elections in New York will be laid.

You can help us reach our goals by becoming a member of the Constitution Party of New York. Your membership will make you eligible to:

 
•Participate and vote at Constitution Party of New York state meetings, including the upcoming State Convention, currently being planned for the late Spring or early Summer;

 
•Serve as a delegate to the Constitution Party National Convention scheduled for April 18-21 in Nashville, Tennessee;

•Serve as an officer on the State Committees at the state or regional level;

 
•Run as a Constitution Party nominee for public office in New York; and

 
•Most importantly, to play an active and direct role in building the Constitution Party in New York and in shaping a new political future for New York and the nation by restoring responsible, constitutional government.
