After the moderate success of last week's event, we're trying another venue in the city. This time it's Harrild and Sons (mind the spelling) in Farringdon. It's from the Well and Bucket kids, so we know it will be great! This is more or less (mostly less) in honour of something that Mikey may or may not have achieved by this date. His success or failure is likely not to have much of an effect on your decision to go, besides look at all of the reasons below.
As expected, nay demanded, the beer list is both extensive AND exhaustive. And possibly exhausting? Either way it has lots of words on it. So, click on the words Beer Menu, to jump straight to the... err... Beer Menu.
Not only do they have a seafood-heavy menu (if you like that sort of thing), but there is also an unhealthy overload of all things bar and/or snacky. Personally, I'm there for the Veal Schnitzel and Fried Quail Egg Slider and the Beef Dripping Chips. Nothing sounds healthy about that, but everything about it sounds awesome!
Hammersmith and City/Metropolitan/Circle Lines are a comfortable amble away at Farringdon. Central Line is strollable at St Pauls. District and Circle Lines are a strut away at Blackfriars. And rail, if you must, is accessible at City Thameslink, the merest of jaunty traipses from the venue.
Google Maps is a website with maps on it.
Check out the Harrild and Sons website and use it to fill in all the information holes in your brain : http://www.harrildandsons.com
And as lazy copywriters say, why not RSVP today?
See you soon!
