What are your favorite types of crafts to make?

I costume so my crafting covers alot of ground. I work with fabric, threads, yarns, polymer clay, metals. Last years Convergence my Saturday night hall costume was a steampunk multi media art corset with complimenting skirt and fascinator. I also bead and have been working on a pair of beaded shoes for the last 8 years (I only have couple inches left to fill on the left heel).

Star Wars or Star Trek?

Why not both. First run of Star Wars and Next Gen Star Trek. But I'd give them both up for any Doctor or Cartain Jack.

What geeky thing inspires you to craft?

Almost any of my geeky fascinations can get me to craft. Get an idea and it spins out into a geeky whirl wind. Last years costume proved that to me. Next year's costume is a Wonder Womanized fan. I am also working on a Dr Who art quilt to try out different mixed media techniques.

Introduction

I have been crafty for as long as I have been a geek (25+ yrs) I can do just about anything, but lately I have been adding art into quilting, sewing, doll makng, and almost anything with fiber.
