I do, I run 3 times a week for my 1/2 marathon training plan. I run 2 times during the week between 3-5 miles and one day on the weekend for my long runs (5 miles so far).
I live in Echo Park which isn't too far from Glendale. I will make almost all weekend runs and weekday runs may work depending on the time.
Absolutely! I am a very friendly and social person and would like to meet some other people who share my interest in running (and biking, walking, basically any outdoor activity I love) and enjoying the amazing cultural and social actives that Los Angeles is abundant with!
Hi Cindy, I would love to join your running group! I'm training for the Rock n Roll 1/2 Marathon in Los Angeles on October 30 and ultimately run the LA Marathon and would love to have the group motivation for those long runs. : )
