Holy Trinity Catholic Church Sunday Evening Concert Series

Holy Trinity Catholic Church Sunday Evening Concert Series is pleased to announce that our next concert will be held on June 22, 2014 from 7pm to 8pm. The evening's duet concert event will spotlight Maureen Keenan, flute, and Jin-Ok Lee, piano, along with a special guest Yi-Chuan Chen, clarinet. The program will feature three pieces: sonata for flute and piano by Otar Taktakishvili, trio for flute, clarinet, and piano by Camille Saint-Saëns, and sonata for flute and piano by César Franck.

Maureen Keenan and Jin-Ok Lee hold their doctoral degrees from the Graduate Center of CUNY, made their New York debuts at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, and currently are faculty members at Borough of Manhattan Community College. Clarinetist Yi-Chuan Chen holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The City University of New York and is often seen in new music adventures as a soloist and chamber music performer, and has premiered many new works by contemporary composers to international audience.

Reception to immediately follow the concert in the Murphy Center.
