STANDARD POLICY FOR ALL EVENTS AS OF JULY 1st 2012 - Due to complaints from members who've missed out on events, we've had to implement a strict 'no-show' policy. Anyone who RSVPs yes to an event but does not show up will automatically be listed as a 'no show' for that event. CHANGING YOUR RSVP LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THIS EVENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW. Any member who accrues 2 no-shows will be deleted from the group. If a member feels they have been unfairly treated, they are most welcome to discuss this with the Organisers; we may be strict but we are not unreasonable :)
Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.
I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
