A day in the barn is a time for one on one time, photo friends and photographic opportunities. And it is picnic style, so bring your lunch and drink too!
Our host Meggan, is opening her barn for us to gather and take pictures and I will help you with your settings, answer questions and help you to figure out your cameras and some exposure issues.
There are 3 horses, 1 poney, 1 cat, 2 dogs and 2 goats, as far as I know :)
The barn is pretty cool and we can be inside and outside to take pictures.
If I am lucky, Meggan can ride the horse for us to take some pictures - hint, Meggan!
This is to be a fun and informal talk about photography, low light, buttons and exposure, composition, etc. The target is to help the people who are still struggling with their cameras and get some fun taking pictures.
Instead of putting her address here publicly, I am opting for preserving her privacy and we will all meet at Starbucks by Lexington and Woodmen, in the same shopping center where King Soopers and McDonalds are. It is next door to McDonalds, in case you get lost in the shopping center.
We will meet at 7 AM at Starbucks and leave at 7:30 am to Meggan's home, which is in Elbert, CO, about 25 minutes driving EAST.
The 30 minutes between 7 am and 7:30 am is your tolerance time so we all go together. That will give us time to grab a cup of coffee and make some introductions for the new faces :)
The idea is to be at her house at 8 AM. There is a 25 minute drive from the coffee shop.
If you don't show up by the time we leave, call me. I am not putting her address here.
