Classic Portrait Workshop
November 10, 2013
From 2 pm to 6 pm
It is time to fill in the gaps!!
All that information you gathered here and there, in different websites, in a talk, in books you have ordered over the years, now in one place. With time to practice.
Fill in the gaps of your lighting knowledge, by attending Classic Portrait Workshop
You will learn:
• Using one light and using multiple lights
• Lighting styles
• How to meter the light
• How to set up each light
• Camera settings
• Types of modifiers
• Lighting placement for each lighting style
• Lighting height
• Lighting distance to your subject and background
• Controlling shadows
• Using lighting modifiers
• Working with subtractive lighting
This is a hands-on workshop where you will be able to understand all the concepts of classic portrait, learn how to light for every lighting style, and have a model to practice all that.
Grab the chance to learn lighting and be able to recognize when and why to use each lighting style, and when to break from them.
Vision, practice, and education are the keywords to improve your photography. Invest in yourself and be proud of your new skills. Join me in this journey and learn how to light well.
You need to have Canon or Nikon brands for this workshop if you want to use my wireless triggers with my studio lights (my wireless triggers will not work with other brands – I learned the hard way!)
After you RSVP I will email you instructions for paypal payment.
This workshop is $ 80.00 per person for the meetup members of our group.
I look forward to seeing you.
