Tell us about your level of experience.

While I think that I've mastered much of the technical aspects of digital photography, I know that there's always more to learn, especially in the creative aspects. I'm also trying to learn more about studio photography. I lead or co-lead workshops and field trips that concentrate on HDR photography as well as general introductions to digital photography and use of computer programs for photography, especially Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and the plugins from Nik Software.

What types of events or classes would you like to see us provide for the group?

Studio photography, model photography both in the studio and outdoors and glamour photography are ones I'd like to see. I can add my own expertise to classes and events where landscape photography or photojournalism are the subject.

What type of photography do you prefer (scenic, people/portraiture, artistic, documentary, macro (close-up), etc.?

I'm interested in all kinds of photography except wedding photography.

Introduction

I've been involved with photography for more than 50 years. Since moving to Colorado in 2000, I've focused on landscape photography, despite having been a photojournalist for much of my early experience. http://www.craigl...

What Craig L. is saying about this Meetup Group

I've only one experience so far; but it was excellent. This second experience was at least as good as the first. Thanks, Paul and especially Patrick.
