Halloween IS our favorite holiday and we're thinking you are quite fond of it yourself.
Our artists are getting darkly creative with their spooky decor, costumes, delicious sweet treats, scary jewelry and more.
Find us at The Waterfront in Homestead on Saturday, October 19th from 1 - 4 pm. The day's activities include live local music, special guest appearances, a freaky photo booth, crafts, games, trick-or-treating and more - like A COSTUME PARADE!
While this group is under new top-level management, the basic ideas and goals have not changed. This is a place for crafters to hook up, meetup, and discuss all sorts of crafting, and what's going on in crafts -- specifically in the Pittsburgh Area. Even that is a HUGE area to cover, so feel free to form smaller groups within this, for north, south, east, west, whatever craft nights. It's all UP TO YOU!!
PUGDOG'S Rock and Beadshop is sponsoring this group now, and you can find specific information about them in their links, pages, and events listings. They also have a space that is available for crafters of all sorts, and a lot of experience to help you along the way.
Shayna's Original Welcome Message, Nothing has changed!
Looking to meet, greet, and unite with other fellow crafty people out there. I'm relatively new to the craft world, but I find it very exciting and a lot of fun to do. While I, myself am located in the Brookline area, I am looking for some crafters, artists, crocheters, and creative individuals from anywhere in Pittbsburgh looking to create, share, and combine ideas! We can meet in public places (coffee shops, libraries, etc.) or if things really get rolling as we get comfortable with each other, also at each other's homes. This is meant to be a free-for-all, anything goes group where we can share our ideas and possibly have a different focus/theme for each meeting. Interested? Please join and send in your ideas! :)
