Where: Three Trees Retreat

What to bring: Food for a pot luck meal, Family including children (they will love the art work) layered clothing. food, water , instruments, and your sense of humor.
For the sweat Lodge Men: Shorts and a towel. Women: Loose dress or shorts and shirt that cover knees and shoulders and a towel. For all: Bring tobacco wraped in red cloth as an offering to the Loge leaders and Fire keepers. Honoring all our relations.
Cost: All are welcome. Donations accepted if you choose
When: Saturday march 23rd This will be a two part ceremony.
2:00 pm Sacred Art work
6:00 pm, Sweat Lodge ----fire starts at 5:00 pm
2:30 PM We will have a brief ceremony around the fire welcoming winter and inviting the blessing of the 7 directions,followed by sacred art work. We will be making Death and Life Arrows from colored string, shells, feathers and natural items found at the ceremony site. This ceremony is based in prayer and intention. We thoughtfully create art objects that represent what we want in our lives.

6:00 PM Traditional Sweat Lodge---fires starts at 5:00 pm
8:30-9:00 PM: Community potluck meal
