This week she plans on telling us how she turned a difficult client into one with whom she could work successfully, what the biggest challenges have been in residential real estate over the past four (4) years, AND, if time permits, she'll let us in on the seven (7) signs of an Up and Coming neighborhood.     Our Speaker, Toni Motte, Residential Realtor; gave a great presentation. She spoke a bit about the last four years and how difficult it had been for her to hear the stories of those who were losing their homes, and that she believes that things are beginning to turn up.
    One of the things about which she spoke shows that she is a true professional. She told us that her system for turning difficult clients into those with whom she can work hinges on the fact that she invites them to sit across the table from her in the office and then listening to their answers and the conversation between the parties involved. Her ability to listen allows her to know about any changes in requirements or circumstances that requires showing them properties with different advantages or acknowledging that they need a bit of space before being shown any additional properties at all. This ability to listen and listen well shows that she always puts the needs of her clients first.
